Hayes 'n' Hayes Construction is a full service residential remodeling firm. We build small projects such as framing in a window or adding a new entry door system. On the other end of the spectrum, we construct full house renovations.

Our main service area is the Treasure Valley from Sand Hollow to East Boise with a few exceptions for our valued clientele.

Hayes 'n' Hayes Construction is a a company seeking to meet the needs of our clients. We will provide ideas that will make your remodel project special. We make every attempt to foresee any possible problem and include necessary pricing in the initial budget. Our aim is to include as concise a price as possible to eliminate as many change orders and price upgrades as we can. However, we are glad to alter the scope of the work of your project to include changes you request by initiating a change order and projecting any schedule changes necessary.

Specific areas of our projects are completed by trade contractors. The trade contractors on our team have signed a sub-contractor agreement form that requires them to supply Workman's Comprehensive and Liability Insurance certificates. This agreement form spells out work performance, on our site requirements, lines of communication, and includes a lien waiver form. A copy of this form is made available for our clients to read.

In our sales and production we have a Certified Remodeler that has 30 years experience in the building trade. Our office manager has 28 years of office and bookkeeping experience. This means you will be able to count on us to be here for your next project.
