We offer two types of contracts to our clients:

The conventional contract is for clients who know what they want. This is where the project will blend into the existing construction in such a way as to look as if it were built with the original structure. Also, the client, with a minimal of drawings, can understand what we are building and what it will look like when finished.

The second type of contract is the design/build. The design/build contract requires a site visit to set a budget. Then, once the budget is decided upon, a retainer is submitted to design the project to the budget. If the project design is within the budget, a work schedule will be set and a start date will be provided. Should changes be made that increase the budget the increased cost must be agreed upon by the owner.

 

Custom homes is an area of our expertise. With our design/build capabilites we will put together a budget that includes the finishes and colors our clients desire. With the budget and design agreed upon we will put together a schedule and the project will begin.

The commercial service we provide is Tenant Improvement. We have a licensed architect that does our drawing as required by most building departments. We are doing projects from a few thousand dollars to $200,000. Our aim is to earn your trust and further business by staying on schedule and on budget.
